Today
I wanted to alert you to something that will afflict 40% of the adult
population, (or more) at some point in their lives...
It's called
hemmoroids or piles and it's basically any form of vein inflammation
around the lower rectal regions. Blood on your toilet paper? Itching
in your anus area? Pain during constipation? All of these are likely
signs that you have hemmoroids and it's no laughing matter - because
although they are common, they can be annoying and embarrassing. And very, very painful!
In the
more severe stages, they can fall out like a lump outside your bottom.
So what are some common mistakes that people make which contribute to
developing painful hemmoroids? Even if you have these already, avoiding
the following mistakes can start relieving the problem gradually.
Here
Are Some Common Mistakes That Cause Hemroids:
Eating too much processed food.
Intake of processed creams
Sedentary lifestyle
Not drinking enough water
Intake of processed medications
Too much salt & caffeine
"Pain Free In 48 Hours"
"Now I have no pain. Wow!"
I had internal
bleeding hemmoroids from pregnancy and the over the counter
stuff just made it so much more worse (prep H and stool
softeners - what the Doc recommended). [This system - H Miracle] stopped the
bleeding and .... now I have no pain. Wow!

To stop eating processed food can be a toughie for some people.
However, it is known that processed foods create harder stools and
troubles in digestion. This creates constipation and other issues which
can lead to a hemroid. The
key here, especially when you are suffering and trying to cure
hemmoroids, is to lower your intake of processed sugars and foods.
A lot of long term sitting
can create additional pressure on the bottom area and this invokes the perfect
environment for a hemorroid to occur if combined with a sharp force such as
constipation or pregnancy (in women). The solution is to make sure you do not
sit for over 1 hour at a time, and remember to do stretches that promote
healthy blood flow.
The intake of processed medications and creams create the same problem as processed foods. Even many of the fiber supplements contain processed and artificial elements that can create side effects elsewhere... and lastly they are not even attacking the root of the problem here.
The other downside of these creams which have no benefit, is that they can waste one's time. And the hemmoroids can get worse over time if the root problem is not reversed.
So try to avoid these mistakes and you will not be contributing to any worsening of your hemmoroids. It's very important to understand these in our modern lifestyle of sedentary office work and processed, convenient diets.
void over working yourself and have a
warm sitz bath at east once daily to sooth the affected area. Avoid
sitting or standing in the same position for long periods, sitting on
the toilet for a long time, and becoming either constipated or having
loose stools. These things can make a big difference.
Eat a
well balanced diet and get enough sleep to make you healthy and
stronger. Avoid holding your breath while trying to move the bowel.
Avoid excessive straining with any bowel movement. A gentle pressure or
straining of the abdominal and pelvic muscles is OK, but not for more
than 30-consecutive seconds. Limit your time on the toilet from 3-5
minutes for any one sitting. If you have not completed an entire bowel
movement, that's OK, get off the toilet, walk around for a bit, and
wait for the urge to have a bowel movement return.
Dealing with constipation by drinking water...
Drink enough water every day, as it may treat your constipation
naturally. Drinking plenty of water also makes a contribution to the
softening of the stool which then makes it simpler to push out of the
body without straining and irritating the hemorrhoid. Drink plenty of
water, eat a healthy, fiber-filled diet, get daily exercise and
maintain a healthy weight. Respond to the urge of a bowel movement as
soon as you get it.
Water, salt, and caffeine...
Drinking lots of water, as well as eating more fiber, can greatly
ease constipation. Adults should drink between 6-8 glasses of water a
day. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water every day. Excess
salt can worsen the state of your hemorrhoid. So drink 8 to 10 glasses
of water each day. Avoid liquids that contain caffeine, such as coffee
and tea, and avoid alcohol as much as possible.
Cure Hemmoroids At Home - A Natural Approach.
The Best Remedies are Home Remedies. These types of cures are really getting the job done these days for hemmoroid sufferers.
It isn't
like it has been where you always have to run to the doctor. That does
not mean that you shouldn't go to the doctor. You should if necessary.
Having said that, it is easier to get a good home remedy and heal from
your hemorrhoids in the comfort of your own home.
If you have recently developed a case of hemorrhoids, or you if
have suffered with the condition for a bit, you will desire to discover
a fast and effective remedy to free yourself from this distressing
condition. There are multiple remedies around these days, some
more intense than others, and some more effective also.
If
you've tried many types of hemorrhoid solutions then you probably
understand the differences of how each is used. In this article, I'll
go over what each of them do for the body, how they intend to treat
hemorrhoids or piles, and the controversial, raw truth on most of them.
The first popular type is creams and ointments where a topical
treatment is rubbed on your outer rectal area and aims to soothe blood
vessels. This creates a relaxation of the tissue so that it does not
bulge out so much. Once the tissue does not bulge, the hemorrhoid will
be less likely to flare up. This is great for some relief in the
temporal matter but unfortunately you are practically guaranteed to
flare up again.
The 2nd type that is very popular as well in the form of
suppositories which is inserted inside the rectum for the purposes of
delivering moisture to the hemorrhoid and creating a lubricating effect
once the next rectal pressure comes. The aim is to ensure the
hemorrhoid heals without rupturing again. For some it works well, for
others not so but it's worth seeing.
The 3rd type is pills where one can consume that regulate some
blood pressure in the system. This can have its side effects but
overall it's used to tighten vein tissue so that the hemorrhoid is less
susceptible to problems. It's a very top down approach that has its
benefits but can also induce real side effects and big pharmacies like
to push this.
These three types are the most common and once these are exhausted,
you still have options such as cryotherapy or surgery. It all depends
on the individual case and what you can tolerate. In my personal
experience, it's best to first try the safer options before going to
the extreme measures. Even if the pain is unbearable, you can still use
relief from these methods. It’s just not pleasant long-term either.
Now, not all hope is lost. I do have one solution that has
surprised me pleasantly. I’d like to review a totally safe, natural
remedy that works within a few days. It’s called the H Miracle system
and you can find it at:
It’s already been proven by hundreds, if not thousands of success
stories in the underground fashion of alternative medicine. The system
includes ingredient resources, charts, audio lessons and basically
everything you need to cure your hemorrhoids one and for all. I really
recommend it and just see the testimonials from users who have
triumphed even severe hemorrhoids for good.
